  • My Health Coach training was with the College of Naturopathic Medicine, London.
    They are the UK’s leading training provider in Natural Therapies and established in 1998.
    My training is approved by the NHS Personalised Care Institute, UK & International Health Coaching Association and Association of Naturopathic Practitioner.
    Internationally, my course is approved by the International Institute for Complementary Therapies covering Australia, New Zealand, Canada, UK & the EU.

    I am also a certified, Trauma Informed Coach (The Centre For Healing, Australia).


    I am legally insured to practice and compliant with GDPR.

  • Initial sessions are online - via video call.
    Following sessions are either by video or telephone call.

  • I like to encourage clients to find childcare arrangements for the initial 90 minute session.

    Breastfeeding Mothers might like to have their first session over video call whilst having someone in the next room to care for the baby. You can breastfeed during our session, if needed.

    If you’re on a multiples session package and are unable to find childcare for the following sessions - that’s absolutely fine.
    I’ve found that telephone calls and headphones work well in this scenario.

  • Every Mother at every stage of Motherhood.
    This includes non-birthing and adoptive Mothers.

    Although my training covered Naturopathic Health and Nutrition for women, men, children and the elderly - my work focuses on women’s health.

  • Yes.

  • Although I have worked with clients with prediagnosed conditions - as with all Health Coaches, I cannot claim to treat any medical condition, diagnose disease or prescribe.

  • If you have a pre-diagnosed nutritional deficiency, or would like to invest in further investigations - I am able to refer for private testing.

    Vitamins and supplements, when taken blindly, can cause imbalances and serious harm within the body. They should always be considered

  • I don’t offer quick fixes.
    I think it’s good to acknowledge how long your body may have been struggling and allow a good proportion of that time to invest in healing.
    That doesn’t mean to say it’ll take months to notice an improvement to your health – all of my clients so far have seen positive changes in the first few weeks.

    If you're signing up to my multiple session programme - this will give you the opportunity to experience the most dramatic results, as we can build momentum and stay on track.

  • I never encourage restrictive diets, calorie counting or set meal plans.

    My work focuses on sustainable change to support optimal health for not just weeks or months – but for a lifetime.

  • I will pick up on any red flag symptoms and support you with how to communicate clearly with your GP to obtain any tests or investigations that you may need.
    Although I can speak to your GP on your behalf, I always encourage my clients to advocate for themselves.

  • ‘The system of treating diseases using natural methods’.
    The principles of Naturopathy are far from a new craze!
    They were first used by the Hippocratic School of Medicine in about 400 BC.
    Hippocrates believed in viewing the whole person, finding a cause of disease, and using the laws of nature to induce cure.

    In my practice as a Naturopathic Health Coach, I use bio-individualised nutritional guidance (using up-to-date nutritional science) and lifestyle modifications that are specific to you and your health goals.
